USDA’s Farm Service Agency is accepting Quality Loss Adjustment (QLA) applications from January 6 through March 5, 2021. QLA aids producers who suffered eligible crop quality losses due to natural disasters occurring in calendar years 2018 and/or 2019. producers who intend to claim non-grazing forage-related losses will need a verifiable nutrient test within 30 days of harvest to be eligible for quality loss occurring in 2018 and/or 2019.
