A streamlined authorization process for emergency haying and grazing use of Conservation Reserve Program acres means livestock producers will be able to quickly access much needed forage during eligible drought conditions. Here’s a map that shows how dry our country is right now. The green counties are eligible for emergency haying or grazing of CRP.
